In order to prevent intergranular corrosion caused by the heating of flange cover,the welding current should not be too large,about 20% less than the carbon steel electrode,the arc should not be too long, the layer between the rapid cooling, narrow welding path is appropriate.

When using the same type of chromium stainless steel non-standard flange electrode (G302, G307),should be more than 200℃ preheating and welding after about 800℃ tempering treatment.
