The customer set specific requirements for the chemical composition of the flange, and the results of our testing are as follows:

Mechanical Properties
In addition to the chemical analysis, we also assessed the mechanical properties of the flange:

Tensile Strength: Required: 410-540 MPa; Result: 492 MPa
Elongation: Required: ≥25%; Result: 44%
Hardness: Required: 150; Result: Compliant
These results indicate that the flange not only meets but exceeds the required mechanical standards, ensuring its reliability and performance in various applications.
Additional Inspection and Packaging
The inspection also included checks for overall appearance and dimensions, which were found to be satisfactory. The ultrasonic testing confirmed the integrity of the welds and joints, while the heat treatment was completed with normalizing, further enhancing the mechanical properties of the flange.
For shipping, we utilized a non-fumigated plywood crate to ensure safe delivery of the product to Libya.
