Peruvian customers come to the factory for flange inspection

Today, Peruvian customers came to our factory for inspection. The product is alloy flange, material is alloy steel: A182 F11 Cl2. The size is from 2 “to 18”. The standard is ASME Standard, most of which are wn flange, and there are a few blind flange.

The main contents of this inspection are: measurement dimension, material test, mechanical test;

Measurement flange dimension

Measurement dimension – including outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness, center distance, etc;

Material test test PMI Test

Material test: test PMI Test;

The regular method to test chemical component is PMI (Positive material identification).There are two type of testing equipments. One is portable testing equipment.We could take it to workshop to test the finished product directly.Another one is table-top equipment.It’s in laboratory.Our engineer will prepare specimen in advance.The equipment will test specimen.For this order,we need to test the finished flanged pipes in workshop.So we choose portable PMI testing equipment.
