Large size flange order from Spanish customer

I have a Spanish client who has placed an order with us for large size flanges. The materials of the order are 316L and S275JR. The drawing as below,

In the use of large diameter flange, the following matters need to be paid attention to:

1. Keep the electrode dry when using.
2. In order to prevent the corrosion between the eyes due to the heating of the flange cover, the welding current should not be too large, about 20% less than the carbon steel electrode, the arc should not be too long, quick cooling between layers, with narrow weld pass is appropriate.
3. Large diameter stainless steel non-standard flange pipe fittings are subjected to repeated heating to precipitate carbides, reducing corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
4. The hardening of large diameter flanges after welding is larger than that of American standard flanges, which is easy to produce cracks.If the same type of chromium stainless steel electrode (G202, G207) welding, must be more than 300℃ preheating and after welding about 700℃ slow cooling treatment.If the weldment can not be heat treated after welding, it should be used stainless steel non-standard flange welding rod (A107, A207).
5. Stainless steel large diameter flange fittings, welding flange electrode has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, widely used in chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, petroleum, medical machinery manufacturing.
