Introduction of wind power flanges
As a clean and renewable energy source,wind energy is increasingly valued by various countries.Wind energy is the work of air flow,which contains enormous energy.Therefore,wind power generation is getting more and more attention,and wind power flange is used for a structural member that connects the tower to the hub,the hub and the blade.
The picture is the wind power flange recently produced by our company.The material used for the wind power flange is low-alloy high-strength steel Q345E/S355NL.The working environment has a minimum temperature of -40 °C and can withstand up to 12 winds.The heat treatment requirement is Normalizing,the normalizing process improves the comprehensive mechanical properties of the forging flange by refining the grains,uniformizing the structure,improving the structural defects.The degree of normalizing has a large influence on the structure, and the proper temperature makes the grain refinement,thereby obtaining good performance.If the temperature is too low,the effect is not large,the temperature is too high,and the crystal grains are coarse,which deteriorates the performance.The mechanical properties test and microstructure observation of the normalizing process before and after the forging flange is improved.The results show that the flange with good comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained by proper normalizing process.
