First,the sealant is partially injected with the overall fixture: the reason for this method is that after the leakage point of the flange is eliminated, leakage in other places is easy to handle.Specifically,fix fixtures should be installed,and baffles should be installed on both sides of the leak point to prevent the injected sealant from overflowing from the local sealed cavity.The bezel is supported by bolts and is inserted into the bolts.The upper part is pressed into the groove of the fixture and pressed with bolts.The lower part reaches the flange boss and the gasket with a width equal to the flange gap.After adjusting the gap, inject the sealant according to the “intermediate operation method” and eliminate the leakage.

Second,the local clamp: the cross-section of the clamp is convex, with packing grooves on both sides, and the sealant is injected to compact the packing. The width of the clamp covers the outer circumference of the flange. The circumference of the clamp should at least cover a small fan (space between two bolts) on each side of the leak point. Each small sector of the ring bolt with ring bolts fixed against the flange bolts shall not be less than 1 injection hole. Fill the sealant and eliminate leaks according to the “intermediate method”.
