Hot dip galvanizing flanges, pipe fittings and steel pipes to Algeria

Hebei Haihao is specialized in doing kinds of coatings for flange, pipe fittings and steel pipe, among which hot dip galvanizing is the most common one. Recently we received an order from Algeria, including galvanizing coating products. It’s for their government project.

The specifications and finished products are as follows:

1.Hot dip galvanizing steel pipe

Size: From DN25 to DN500

Thickness: From 3.2mm to 11mm

Material: St 35.4 (DIN 1629).

Standard: The dimensions and mass of the pipes from DN500 to DN80 are established on the basis of DIN 2448, and for DN65 to DN25 on the basis of DIN 2440.

2.Hot dip galvanizing pipe fittings

Products: 90 degree short radius elbow, equal tee, reducing tee, cross, concentric reducer.

Size: From DN40 to DN500

Thickness: From 3.2mm to 11mm

Material: St 35.4 (DIN 1629).

Standard: Elbow Short Radius 90°According to DIN2605.

Equal Tee According to DIN2615.

Reducing Tee According to DIN2615.

Concentric Reducer According to DIN2616.

Cross According to DIN2615

3.Hot dip galvanizing weld neck flange

Size: From DN50 to DN150

Pressure: PN16

Material: Ck22 (DIN 17210).

Standard: DIN 2633

4.Hot dip galvanizing FNPT cross

Size: From DN65

Pressure: 3000#

Material: ASTM 105 Gr.B

Standard: ASME B16.11

The thickness of Hot dip galvanizing is according to EN ISO 1461.
