Haihao Group finished the tubes and tube sheet for heat exchangers
Recently,we have produced a set of tubes and tube sheet for our customer.Fixed tube sheet heat exchangers are the most common type of heat exchanger in all industries.Mostly used in higher-pressure and higher temperature applications.The tubes are aligned in a parallel way,and supported and held in place by tube sheets.The tube sheet is a circular plate which is perforated so that the tubes can fit through the openings.A tube sheet is a plate which is used to support the tubes in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
The specific dimensions required by the customer are as follows:
Tube: dia 19.05,thickness 2.11,Materail: Gr. A179

Testing tubes dia and thickness
For the tubes,we strictly used the Gr. A179 material,after heat treatment,straightening,hydrostatic test,and then bending,the quality can be guaranteed,and the tolerance is kept at about 0.1mm.The tube sheet is also produced in strict accordance with the size specifications and SA516 Gr.70N material.After finished,the hole tolerance is kept at about 0.1mm,which is fully qualified.
