Haihao Group’s high quality piping products have been well received by our partner – a well-known shipyard in China, which recently ordered another batch of ASME B16.5 CL150 RF ASTM A105N flanges.The order encompasses three different specifications: DN40, DN50, and DN150, totaling 137 flanges. The collaboration not only involved delivering top-quality products but also meeting specific customer requirements.

Customer Requirements Addressed:

Individual Packaging for Each List Number: Understanding the importance of convenience, Haihao Group ensured that each list number is separately packaged. This meticulous approach facilitates easy retrieval for the customer.

Pre-Shipment Documentation: Haihao Group adhered to the customer’s request for pre-shipment documentation. This included providing photographs of rust prevention oil application, typewriting on the products, and images of the packaging process.

Flawless Surface and Packaging: Prioritizing product integrity, the flanges were coated with rust prevention oil. To prevent damage, gaskets were strategically placed between flanges, and the entire set was meticulously packaged. The surfaces of the flanges were polished to a bright finish, with strict adherence to a no-tolerance policy for tool marks or damages. The flanges were further protected by wrapping film, and they were shipped in sturdy pallets or wooden crates.

Heat Insulation for Flat Surfaces: Recognizing the need for additional care, flat surfaces were separated using heat-insulating pads during packaging.

Individual Flange Protection Caps: Haihao Group ensured that each flange was equipped with protective caps, safeguarding them against any potential damage during handling or transit.
