Recently, Haihao Group successfully received an order from a Russian customer for a batch of ASTM A182 Grade F316/316L ASME B16.36 orifice flanges. These products are designed according to the stringent requirements of the customer, showcasing Haihao’s capability to deliver high-quality piping components that meet international standards.

The ordered flanges, ASTM A182 Grade F316/316L DN 80 x S-10S ASME B16.36 orifice flanges, are designed to operate at a rating of 300 lbs with an RF facing finish. Each flange features two 0.5″ THD taps, and comes equipped with hex plugs made of ASTM A182 Grade F316/316L material, ensuring reliable and durable performance, even under challenging conditions. To further ensure durability, the bolts used are A320 Grade B8M Class 2, paired with A194 Grade 8M nuts, which enhances the product’s integrity in high-stress environments.

One of the unique aspects of this order is the design requirement for the product to withstand temperatures as low as -52°C, making it suitable for operations in extreme environments.
