The plate flange slip over the pipe and the inner hole of plate flange is a little bigger than the pipe outer diameter.They are secured to the pipe with a fillet weld at the bottom and the top of flanges with the pipes. The welding method is fillet weld, so the plate flange is not suitable for a high pressure application.  We mainly produce plate flange according to standards ANSI/ASME B16.5,EN1092-1,JISB2220,DIN,UNI,BS10,GOST/ГОСТ 12820-80 etc.
