BS4504 flanges used on 2022 FIFA world cup project

Last month I received an order from my regular Qatar customer which cooperated since 2013. This order it’s for flanges and olets just like normally orders. There are weld neck flanges, slip on flanges, threaded flange and blind BS4504 flanges. This standard it’s very similar with EN1092 standard. All the flanges need to be black painted. And we were informed this order will be used on 2022 FIFA Word Cup Project which will be open in November of 2022. Obviously the delivery time it’s extremely tight due to the project will be need these flanges on July. From China to Qatar the vessel sailing time need one month. So we need delivery the goods before June. So the time keep to us it’s only left around one month. We arrange the product immediately without waiting the prepayment, and keep close attention to our workshop. Every step it’s proceeding smoothly without any delay, at last we finished the order in the middle of May. Before the loading, we do the inspection on the quality to ensure all the products will be prefect delivery to the customer’s site.

After packing, we do the “MADE IN CHINA” marking on each package. Just on May 15th, we loading the goods into the container. And the vessel was departure on 20th of May on time.
