About the service of providing flange product test blocks

As a professional manufacturer of flanges, pipe fittings and steel pipes, Hebei Haihao Group has received good feedback from customers for its products and services over the past 40 years. Because customers are all over the world, orders have many requirements, and some of them require us to provide product test blocks.

As shown in Figure 2, in the Spanish customer order, three test blocks for flanges are required, according to the size of 250*200*22mm and material A105N according to the customer’s requirements, and then express them to the test specified by the customer for inspection.

Flange Test Blocks

As shown in Figures 1, 3 and 4, it is the test block of the rotating flange for the Russian customer’s Arctic Circle submarine pipeline project. Because special environments have extremely high requirements on product quality, test blocks are required for specific experiments. Moreover, it is required that the test block needs to be removed from the complete flange blank, so the rest of the damaged material cannot be used at all. After communicating with the customer, we provided the required test blocks.

Not only flange test blocks, we can also provide test blocks for pipe fittings and steel pipes, most of which are used in our laboratory or the laboratory specified by the customer. Commonly used experimental names: HIC&SSC test report, macro test report, grain size test report, non-metallic inclusion report, hardness report, 0 DEG impact report, 3.1 certificate, etc.
