The client has provided production drawings, and we are manufacturing these flanges strictly according to their specifications, ensuring precision, reliability, and superior quality.

Strict Requirements & Our Commitment to Excellence
To meet the client’s high standards, our production process incorporates the following key requirements:
Heat Treatment: The flanges will undergo normalizing to enhance mechanical properties and ensure uniform structure.
Deoxidation Process: The material will be fully deoxidized, eliminating impurities and improving performance.
Non-Destructive Testing: 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) will be conducted to guarantee defect-free products.
Impact Toughness: The flanges must withstand impact testing at -42°C, with KCV impact strength no less than 30 J/cm², ensuring excellent performance in low-temperature environments.
Material Certification: A Material Test Report (MTR) compliant with EN 10204 standards will be provided for full traceability and quality assurance.
Sealing Face Hardness: The sealing surface hardness must be no less than HB165, ensuring durability and optimal sealing performance.
