Method 1: Epoxy coating anti-corrosion. Paint the surface of the rust-removed metal pipe evenly and densely to isolate it from various corrosive media. It is one of the basic methods of pipeline corrosion protection. Since the 1970s, the laying of pipelines in harsh environments such as land and sea, and the increase in pipeline temperature due to the heating and transportation of oil, have placed higher requirements on coating performance. Therefore, pipeline anticorrosive coatings are increasingly using composite materials or composite structures. These materials and structures must have good dielectric properties, physical properties, stable chemical properties and a wide temperature range.
Method 2: Flange wall anti-corrosion coating. Anti-corrosion coating: a film applied to the inner wall of the pipe in order to prevent corrosion in the pipe, reduce friction resistance, and increase the throughput. Commonly used coatings are amine cured epoxy resin and polyamide epoxy resin, and the coating thickness is 0.038 to 0.2 mm. In order to ensure that the coating is firmly bonded to the pipe wall, the inner wall of the pipe needs to be surface treated. It can also be fixed with pipe clamp supports in the entire pipeline, and an insulation layer is added to perform the anti-corrosion effect of the entire pipeline together with the flange pipe layer and the pipe wall.
