ABS inspection passed smoothly

One of our customers from Korea placed a new order to us.This order includes carbon steel flange and pipe fittings which are specialized of our factory.It also needs to do ABS inspection to get the 3.2 certification this time.So we ask inspectors of ABS come to do the testing during the production and when finish.

ABS 3.2 certification

Products are mainly JIS B2220 flange and JIS B2312 elbow. Flange including 10K SOPFF and blind flange, material SS400. Elbow including 90 degree and 45 degree, long radius and short radius, they are all seamless and SCH40 thickness, material STPG 370.

The inspectors really test quite carefully, every aspect has been done, like surface,size and thickness, chemical component, mechanical property including yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, impact test and so on.

After finish all test they will make a report. Of course, our products are all qualified. So they can provide 3.2 certification to us finally. Customer also satisfied with it after reviewing.
